Dear sir 3 days back covid positive came just I have block nose I don't have runny nose .. and not fever . My concern is can I do steam hot bath if yes how many times I do pls tell tips . Also . I have loss of smell .. Can I use nasavion spray on nose unblock pls tell if yes

Yes, you can take steam inhalation twice a day. Take a multivitamin tablet once a day for a month. The sense of smell will gradually return. Do not use the Nasivion spray for more than 3-4 days.
