Head spinning while about to sleep in be
Dizziness and head spinning happens when about to sleep in bed. Two days before ear was cleaned with a bud.

Please get ear examined with local ENT specialist to rule out deeply impacted wax which maybe pressing against the ear drum or any injury. They will also examine for cause of giddiness/positional vertigo
