Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm having nasal deviated septum and ENT doctor took CT scan and recommend for surgery. He is not saying as mandatory and it is my choice to decide.My symptoms are one nose blockage,Cough due to post nasal drip and tinnitus.They are managed by taking cetrizene.Don't know what to do.Attaching my CT scan report.

I have this problem that I can't swallow pills. Have tried and failed. Since many years I have thus avoided pills. How can I overcome this problem?

From few days I m suffering from back pain and muscle and went through various medicines. Then one fine morning I find a protrudment behind one of my ear with small amount of pain. Had the pain not there i wouldn't have known this has happened. Then went to a doctor - he said some gland has swellen. So he prescribed me this medicine Switch cv 325 mg. And there after it has started reducing. Can anyone throw some light what can be reason of the swelling(as my doc didn't explain me any reason for this ) and uses of this Switch 325 mg. Secondly is it helpful in tonsillitis ?

My one eye feel like heavy or one side eye side feel uncomfortable..i chked my eyes doc say eyes fine why this happieng

Since 25 days i am suffering from forehead (side) pain,feeling of coldness in head particular right side of my head.its really uncomfortable.my ctscan report is normal but x ray shows bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy,sinuses appear clear..tgen what is the reason ofthis kind of feeling?what should i do now?

Last sunday, I woke up with a painful throat, then I got a runny nose. Monday the painful throat is gone but I had fever and runny nose, I also felt dizzy too and my body is very tired. After 2 days,  My body goes back to normal, but I still felt a little fever it might be because of the runny nose? Today saturday, I took a picture of my throat because it started to feel itchy when drinking water or liquid. It looks red. Super red. I still have runny nose and my eyes is teary because of it but I dont have fever no more.

I was having lump in my superficial parotid lobe which was later diagnosed as low grade Mucoepidermoid Carcinoma of 4 cm and was removed 20 days back, what all precautions should i take now in eating and other things.. As i am also pre-diabetic and obese.

Suuuuun sound from ear sometimes especially in medium to heavy noise. Pain in ear left and right alternatively.

Whenever I used to get fever my nose to ear joint would get blocked later it would get fine in 3 to 4 days ... same happened last month and half back when I got covid after 20 days tested negative I did hrct thorax which came normal but still my nose to ear has not cleared it's been one and half month it feels some kind of blockage and uncomfortable I also have fatigue is there a medication for that

Hello sir/mam ...my husband is of 31 year old and hv chronic  sinusities due to dust ...i mean he hv dust allergy frm past 5 to 6 years ... sometimes he takes antihistamines some times use spray but nt cured properly ...recently he have nasal turbinate enlargement ...plz suggest T/t for this condition?
