I have a swelling under jaw for 3 yesrs.It doesn't pain and my mouth gets dry and foul smell.I have taken Antibiotics long time but no improvement.The size been same for 3 years

I am suffering from dust allergy from 0adt 2 months , symptoms are itchy eyes, runny nose, sneezing, nose block etc I don't no the exact reason why this is happening because its new to me I had never faced this before... I am suffering from 25 days in coldness inside right side of my head and irritation is also there.previously there was forehead and head pain in right side but now it decreases tgam before.my ct scan report is normal.and in x ray no symptoms of sinus is noted.only there is bllateral turbinate hypertrophy...what is it?

I was detected CORONA positive on 21/11/2020. I have rested in quarantine for 17 days. And I have turned Covid negative on 04/12/2020. Still my cough is a problem whenever i speak for sometime and little irritation.( usually in evening time) I have taken Azithromycin Tab 500mg for 5 days and cough syrup Alex. Please help how can this be cured???
