Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello doctor Is Jal Neti safe? I have had rhinosinusitis and my nose seems blocked which has been impeding my sense of smell for the last couple of months. I have been only getting very faint sense of smell. I have been doing Jal Neti for 2-3 days now and I feel reduction in my mucous, but is it really safe? (I have been prescribed to use Avamys spray each night)

Throat pain since few weeks.i think she has suffering from Laryngeal cancer...and having breathing problem .she cannot take breath freely.plz suggest us how to prevent this problem.Doctors were panic about her age to go with operation.any other solution for this problem.plz suggest us.

Too much thick saliva along with swelling in the throat , and a tongue like structure is formed from the upper pallete that is too swelled. Not able to digest or drink anything . High body temperature along with swetting .

I have ringing in both ear, while standing long time feeling of fall, i have disturbed with my work so try to solve my problem what type of problem facing to me.

I have been diagnosed for Glaucoma borderline. Can I take nasonex or Furamist az for allergic rhinitis. As I have already told by my eye doctor to avoid steroid. Furamist az has relived me for symptoms related to allergy earlier. Can I avoid Furamist az for now and try Nasonex spray for relief with Allegra M.

Its been 1 year but now iam taking it seriously I consulted twice with a same doctor with time span of 2 months that i feel pain in my left ear whenever i use earphone no matter whether it is on ear or in ear. In 1st meeting doctor said there is nothing your ear drum is perfectly ok but in 2nd meeting he said your rear drum has been retracted(pushed inwards) and it will be healed itself only but it will take time and also added if it goes worsen eardrum could rupture also😰. But nowadays using earphone is compulsory iam a under graduate student and i need earphones for my online classes even though he said you can use earphones but I cant feel comfortable while using it... pain is not severe but i dont want it.. pl. help.

After sleeping nose close and breathing problems very serious before 10 days suffer this problem please help

My eustachian tubes are blocked,(mucus) which causes a crackling sound between ear to nose.But when seen, the ears are quite healthy, run the tests hearing is fine, and other says bilateral ear 'B' type.suggest some remedy or ear drops

From past 8 months I have been suffering from burning throat sensation, have checked with multiple ENTs who diagnosed it as reflux pharyngitis, have done all the necessary things prescribed by the doctors including life style modification and taking PPIs, but no relief...after that I showed to a psychaterist and got some relief but the discomfort is not going totally. Sometimes the left side of the throat burns and sometimes the right side..this is the onpy symptom I have. Please tell me what should I do.

Diagnosed vertigo, tinnitus and nystagmus by an otolaryngologist recently. Symptoms started after fainting and fall on the head 2 years ago. Should MRI be done? If yes, then what is suspected?
