Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from minerie disease for last 11 years.constant tinitus in the ear along with hearing loss.i am using hearing aid.but due to hearing aid sound was so loud that I t affect the vision means for some second some blurred vision. I am taking diamox. Dilligan . Cognivel. Now .how to make original brain function.means

I had covid 2 months back I did hrct 1 month back which came normal but I experience pain in my left nostril nerve which goes behind and left side top portion of head while walking or exercising I take zincovit syrup mucomix daily and steam also blockage where nose and ear connects which usually went whenever infection would go

I have been diagnosed with the vocal cord prolyp.. hoarse voice since 4 months.. Doc has suggested voice test and medicines for 10 days. Are there chances of voice getting back to normal in 10 days. If not, will surgery make my voice back to normal?

I have problem in nose I am feeling always thing stuck in my nose and I feel my nose blocked and I have problem in dust problem in home as well as out side then I am feeling difficult in breathing this problem I am feeling very long time and I have consulted my doctor then give me medicine and I feel good and after some time when I have discontinued my medicine then it happened again I want a permanent solution for that please suggest me it's going on like that or I need to operate it by a surgeon
