Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Swelling in right side below chin,pl tell what is the problem , touching the part it is hard, there is no pain.

Im 31,M,my nose was running from 3 days ,but it blocked yesterday accomanied with loss of smell n taste,mild cough.No fever,oxygen level 97-99. Started azi500,dolo 650,montek lc,limcee,pantocid. Am i taking right medicine,took from local physician,he said loss might be due 2 viral too,not necessary by corona

Why does my nose keep twitching ...My nose is still twitching until now and I don’t know what to do,  Please help it is very irritating

I have feelings of nausea, dizziness, vertigo, and acidity. Is this something serious? I am feeling sensitive to loud noise. In this lockdown, I was addicted to earphones and mobile laptops.

Hello doctor. I am 22yrs old. I have difficulty in breathing. I used to breath with mouth mostly but few years ago I forced my self in breathing through nose but still I feel that the breathe is insufficient and something is obstructing in my nose. I also have snoring problem. So I consulted 2-3 doctors with the same reason. One of them prescribed me nasal spray(steroid). One confirmed it as adenoids through endoscope and prescribed antibiotics. But still it didn't cure. What can I do with this? Is there anything else I can do or will this continue life long?

I cleaned my ear canals with q-tips/earbuds and might have went in too deep because the earbud came out bloody and I am experiencing pain. Does that mean I ruptured my eardrum? What can I do?

I'm 19 years old girl.I have ringing sound in my ear.so I take neurozan and neurogena table in the morning.But I'm underweight 47.so I have to maintain diet and exercise for my weight gain.can I take these tablet now or being stop this?If I take these in my diet schedule Is it affect my diet?orelse can I stop these? And another thing is I follow only simple diet and nutrition at home .I take calories food in my diet and some exercise like pushups and squat .
