Recurrent Irritation
Hello doctor, kindly see the pic of my throat and make me understand what's this redness indicates?? This happens to me once or twice every month and i feel irritation in my throat due to it. It usually resolves on its own but its recurrent.

Hi,this mostly is secondary to reflux of stomach acidic contents and also due to reaction to pollution. It leads to local irritation and hence alight cough ,chnage in voice. It is not very serious and is treatable.
Next Steps
avoid smoking (if you are addicted)
take medications
drink lots of water
avoid spicy,fried food
