I have been suffering from throat irritation for almost 2-3 weeks now and it usually involved regular clearing of throat which is quite irritating and also results in sleep disturbance .

this symptom is called hawking sensation it is because of gastroesophageal reflux . You need to take some lifestyle changes like drink plenty of fluids, avoid coffee and tea, don't have spicy and oily food much, don't remain empty stomach for much time have something in every 2-3 hours don't skip breakfast. For now start with tab sompraz L empty stomach for 15 days and tab bilastine 40 in evening before dinner and syrup raciraft 2 tablespoons after major meals.

You need avoid spicy and oily food Complete your dinner by 7pm and go for short slow walks after dinner and give atleast 2hrs gap before going to bed Use betadine gargle thrice daily for 1week Drink Luke warm water
