Blocked Ear after syringing

Yesterday i was going to hospital for wax removing. For removing they use syringing in ear with some liquid. After syringe ear still now filling like ear blocked. It is common or anything wrong?

It's quiet common.. Usually it will settle in two days.. If it doesnt settle n still u have. Blocked ear kindly check with near by ENT
