  4. Cough and nose running. Give benadryl?

My daughter who is 3yrs and 3 month is having cough and nose runny just this 3 days without any fever. Please advise any good medicine to take. Is it good to give benadryl? Now i simply give cetrizyne syrup.

Hello..it would better if we know the type of cough-(dry/wet )depending on which the syrup would be prescribed .
