Consult with a doctor

Sneezing, a watery nose, red itchy eyes and a cough triggered around dust and fragrances for a week points to allergic rhinitis with some allergic conjunctivitis, rather than an infection.
Next Steps
Please visit a general physician, since a short antihistamine course and avoiding the known triggers usually helps, along with a nasal saline rinse for the congestion.
Health Tips
See a doctor sooner if you get breathing difficulty, facial swelling, or symptoms keep worsening despite avoiding triggers.
