Orange mucus from nose

Asked for Male, 27 Years

From past 5 days I'm seeing orange coloured mucus from my right nostril. I also have slight pain in right side jaw. Sometimes mucus contains small blood spots. I have a history of smoking. What it could be ? What should I do ?
