Blood in mucus from nose
It's been 2 days, the mucus from my nose has blood and to be more precise the mucus from my left nose has blood but from the right nose has no mucus. But there is no other symptoms like cough, nothing of that sort, but, I had headache but thts was like one week back, now no headache.

You seem to be suffering from acute rhinosinusitis which is common type of nose and sinus infection. Forced blowing of nose can cause bleeding. You may need to take antibiotics, anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days for faster recovery
