Orange mucus from one nostril

I have cold from past 15 days .but today while clearing the nose orange colour mucus came from one nose .I even have pain while bending forward before that even I had ear pain ...does it require medications

It looks like blockage of sinuses and build up of phlegm insides your sinus due to cold.Pain is due to build up of pressure from phlegm.
