Blood from mucus through nose
Hi sir, Im having blood from mucus while blowing nose. I have recovered from cold like 20 days ago. But I'm seeing visible blood like threads in mucus in the morning when I try to clear nose when I feel like there is mucus in nose. I'm not blowing nose that hard. I'm also having headache episodes here and now. Headache is not like pain but more like pressure and heaviness on head. Pls help. I've had cold many times this is the first time I'm experiencing this.

Do not try to force cough Do not hawk And DO NOT BLOW your nose You can use saline nasal drops that’ll help in clearing the crusting so it will not bleed when you try to slowly clear your nose Do steam inhalation twice daily for headaches
