Nose bleeding in mucus
I am having cold from few days and there is mucus blood in nose as well as in phlegm .is this anything to be worried about and I suffer from sinusitis from very long time so is this causing bloody mucus .what should be done next .can body heat cause all this issues.

It could be because of sinusitis. do not blow the nose. xylomist nose drops 2 drops 3 times a day for 5 days.
