Ear infection from one week

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hello I have ear infection I used to use lot of buds I visited local ent twice she removed fungus twice in a week but too it's getting built up again in 2 days I feel itchy not able to hear I am using outfox drops and azithromycin 500 mg before food there is a buzz sound
