Blood in sputum in morning no cough
Little blood in sputum majority in morning after waking up . 28 male non smoker . Otherwise healthy no cough nothing . I do have allergies sometimes what can be the reason for blood in spit . Did chest xray all okay in that . I do have gas issues sometimes and migrane problem

You will need to be assessed thoroughly. A good history and physical examination is important. You may need a flexible videolaryngoscopy/a bronchoscopy to figure out the cause of blood in sputum.
