My weight is 98kgs

In past 1.5-2 years my weight is on an increasing rate it might due to lack of exrcise as due to continous and changing shifts i am not able to fix a routine and weight is increasing to be precise in last 2 yrs my weight has increased approx 20kgs hence if there is any advice kindly provide because there are few things i am not taking care of while living away from home: 1. junk food is very frequent. 2. tries drinking juices and gyms but due to unstable routine it doesnt last much.
