Hello mam, Due to thyroid ur weight is not in ur control. So for reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Due to thyroid avoid certain vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, spinach, beetroot, cauliflower, sprouts, radish etc Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

You just need a personalized diet plan according to your medical issues.Weight loss can be slow but u will lose weight. ___ Also its 70% Diet and 30% activity, so if you put entire burden on one thing,Result will be slow. so u should  do both the things simultaneously to achieve good results.
