Feeling tired even eating more and sleeping for 9 hours a day. Delivered a baby 3 months back, cannot able to wake up at night even she cries. Having a sound sleep. I don't know the reason.

Hello mam, Due to incomplete diet like less vitamin & mineral this problem occur so plz start yoga it's good for you. In diet Add nuts in ur diet which is good source of protein, vitamin, & mineral. Take Chia seed, oatmeal, warm milk, fruits and vegetables. Within one week u fee good.

Sleep is a disturbed one once u deliver a baby....u don't wish to wake up at night because of your tiredness n weakness..have a balanced diet rich in protein, calcium and iron...consume as much water as u can...
