Can i use Protein,x for weight gain is there side effects  of it i dont do any physical activity plz suggest

I have gained approx 9 kgs in 1 yr. 3 months back got to know i have thyroid 10.5 so been taking meds of 75 mg n now it has come down to 5.5. but my weight is not going down no matter how much i exercise or diet. infact my get swollen everyday.

I eat well , currently i am taking ATT medication since 2 months, i had some gastric problem also but after suggestions of gastroenterologist my gastric problem is also normal , i eat well but not able to gain weight. I make a test of Liver Function Test. It shows some high SGPT and High Alkaline Phosphate. Is it normal.?

I had brain tuberculoma.And now my medicines course is completed.Which protein powder should I take to overcome weakness.

Hi doctor, I have 11months old baby boy and he has been feeding on mother's milk. Currently we have started giving him mashed rice and vegetables to have fo during the day. But during the nights he wakes up for every 1.5hrs or less to drink milk and again sleeps in 5 to 10mins. But this is making me suffer from no sufficient sleep and pains in the legs. So can we feed him with bottle in the nights for the milk with normal milk. Or do we provide him some other food items in the nights to reduce the frequency of his waking up for the milk.

Hi As per my report i had vitamin d & b12 deficiency. D is 6.5 & b12 is 136. As guidence with doctor I had started to take dosage through injections for both. I observed i had 3 kg weight loss in 2 weeks. Is it possible due to the dosage???
