Vitamin d deficiency
My vitamin d level is too low. It is only 6.9 micrograms where the desirable range is above 30. I am taking vitamin tablet every week. I learnt that sunlight is required for synthesis of this vitamin in the skin. I want to know what are the foods which provide this vitamin. Please help me out.

Fasting once in a day
I fast one entire day in a week. I won't consume anything other than milk/fruits. Once I break the fast and start eating in the evening I have excessive farting. What should I do? Any precautions to take before fasting?

Not feeling hungry
For quite some months, i am not feeling hunger even at the breakfast/lunch/dinner time or after crossing the time.
But when i am taking breakfast/lunch/dinner, i am eating as usual / very well with lot of interest on the served food. I am only worried why i am not feeling hungry during that time or even crossing the time. Is it any worrying factor ?

Can anyone share a sample of 1700/1800 calorie pure veg diet plan made of simple indian food for weight loss ?
