Are BIA scales accurate?
I am planning to buy BIA scale to measure body fat, muscle mass,etc for my home use. So how accurate are they. I know medical tests show extremely accurate body fat % but I cannot do it on daily basis as they are expensive so I need a home solution. Also I have body fat calliper but it is of very cheap quality.

Early morning hungriness
Sir/ma'am, Iam a student who regularly wake up by 5.30 in the morning. Within an hour of getting up, my tummy is started burning. I need something to eat. A cup of milk couldn't control my hunger. Is it okay to get instant oats in the morning or what else kinda diet can I take in the early morning.
Remarks : I'm 65kg and 170cm height. My sugar level is normal.

Foods fo UTI
Due to intense vomitting after every meal m unable to get energy. After having med for vomitting the number of vomit have decreased per day.Can u telle foods which is rich in nutrients so whatever food I eat I get energy form it even if half of it is lost during vomitting

Not gaining weight
I am not gaining weight despite following an active exercise regime and good diet. should i get some tests done? If yes, what tests should i get done to know what problems do I have? I got thyroid tests done but it came out to be okay.

Gained a lot of weight
Due to careless lifestyle and working mostly from home, I have gained a lot of weight and gotten fat. Activity rate has fallen down. I experience fatigue for most part of the day. I try to do exercise but get tired very soon.
