Hello Doctor, My age is 29 and I don't have diabetes. My query is jaggery better alternative of white sugar? Should I stop eating sugar completely and use jaggery in milk, tea and coffee. What is the best alternative of Sugar please advice.

If breastfeeding for my 1yr baby.
I'm going to bad stomach problems from past 10 months. I'm diagnosed with hpylori due to which it's created stomach Ulcers, chronic non-atropic gastritis, GERD, Lax Cardia, internal piles. I'm completely confused as to what food to have and what to ignore so thàt I can feel be. I'm going though this problem from 10 months. Though I'm following correct diet and tablets on time, but still I haven't recovered from this problem. I often get ulcer in stomach. I want to why I'm I don't getting relief from this. Pls advise.

We always hear fruits are very good and full of fiber. But certain fruits are increasing weight. Why?
