Irritable bowel syndrome and Brown Rice

I am suffering from IBS. I tried eating jowar, nachni but found them heavy on stomach. White rice gives me constipation. So started eating only brown rice with a bowl of green vegetable and one bowl moong dal or masoor dal or toor dal. This doesn't make me feel blaoted. My concern is that is it safe to consume only brown rice twice daily?

Weight loss

Hi I have been trying to loose weight from past one year.i follow a diet regime and workout regularly.i have increased my workout level.the past three months I have been following a strict diet and more workout...I am not seeing any results with the diet and excercise...so I started to look at weight loss programs and started to visit them. With the treatment I do see a difference for just a day and the weight bounces back to the same level. I took a thyroid profile test and the results came normal. I need proper guidance on loosing weight. I had PCOS in the past but my menstruation cycle is regular from past 15 months
