Weight loss

I am male, 37 age, height 172 cms, weight 90 kg. Muscular body type. But I want to reduce my weight to 80ks. I eating chia seeds for breakfast, cup of rice and green vegetables for lunch. Taking Boiled egg white, fish and chicken alternative days for protein, and barley plus oats soup. Some dry fruits. Walking 2 kms daily, and cycling for 15 kms per week. I am following these for past 2 months. But not getting good results. Can I take apple cider vinegar for weight loss? Please suggest me good idea for weight loss.
