U can substitute millets for rice and wheat,as staple food.
Milk,buttermilk,lemon juice,freshfruit juice are good healthy drinks.
Almonds,walnuts,cherries,berries,figs,are good to snack on once a day.
Physical activities atleast two hrs a day as walking,exercise,yoga to keep urself fit. Any seasonal fruit can be eaten.
