For gaining weight,  you can consider these suggestions : 1. Maintain meal gaps: take small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours. 2. Walk after every meal for 15-20 minutes, it will boost up your metabolism and you will be able to consume sufficient food. 3. Include dates and figs in your diet. 4. Make rotis out of (50% wheat+ 50% besan) 5. Drink 2-3 litres of water everyday.

Hi As per your Age, height and weight your BMI is 14.9 which is way too less ...and indicates very severely underweight... And the ideal weight for you should be 64.9 kgs for your age and height... First you need to find out the reason for your underweight problem whether it is genes based hereditary running through generations in families or other medical condition if any... First and foremost have a well balanced diet everyday...Include all varieties of foods in your daily regular diet like rainbow coloured seasonal locally grown fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, whole unpolished cereal grains and whole pulses, milk and milk products, all variety nuts, seeds and dry fruits and also include home made milk shakes, smoothies, juices, and also have milk kheer, sweet potato kheer and other home made sweet items like laddoos and other various varieties ... And also have raisins that are soaked overnight and have them next day first thing in the morning along with the soaked water which helps one in having good appetite and hunger... Have good amount of complex carbohydrates and fair amount of plant based and animals based proteins like all dals, legumes and chicken , meats, fish etc... also consume milk and milk products in good liberal amounts ..
Health Tips
For gas problem chew food really well and have meals at regular intervals with small portions sizes often... Avoid spicy, hot, salty, sour and masala foods completely..and try to have / add more number of probiotic foods in your daily diet like curds, buttermilk and more fermented foods...for raising good gut bacteria... No fasting or feasting either..and No binding too. Have all foods in moderate and liberal amounts and chew food properly and slowly without hurry... Thankyou Takecare
