What can i eat?
So here is the problem, I have been eating 4 eggs a day, a scoop of whey protein and 2 pieces of fish as I am working out on every day basis. It amounts to 70 grams of protein and my weight is 73-75 (varies), I follow strict diet and I don't have junk food , still when I checked my pressure its 150/100, which is quiet high, so I want recommendation what should be my diet to eat appropriate protein content and can 4 eggs cause such high pressure?

U can reduce to two eggs a day. Eat greengram sprouts 100 GM'sraw with salt and lemon juice or pomegranate. Eat 100 gm of papaya/ one gauva/ or 15-20 almonds. Plenty of vegetables, fruits are recommended for everyday routine. Millets are the best protein substitute for rice wheat.Msny micronutrients as minerals, vitamins carbohydrates proteins and fat are available in millets.Either millets grains or flour can be used on day to day basis.
