Hi Its not necessary just avoid high carbs in your diet , have hight protein diet with green leafy vegetables and curd is good for your gut so no need to avoid it .

Milk and curd are good in protein and calcium etc...so you need not avoid them if you don't have any cold and cough symptoms... Include high protein diet , plenty of water , rest and relax more, good night sleep, stressless if any... Consume all variety pure vegetarian foods especially plant based high protein foods that are home made , liberally and adequately until you completely come out of covid...
