Hi I am suffering with metabolic syndrome My weight is 135 kgs 30 years age And having abdominal issues from 1 year I want a proper diet to reduce weight.

Could you please suggest any medicine for gut cleanse or body detox. As of now I don't have any issues, but taking junk food is very frequent, so to avoid things in future i want to take medicine for gut cleanse.
