Need recommendations on Multivitamins
I regularly workout in the gym, don't feel energetic a lot of time. Also I have vitamin B12 and D3 deficiency as per blood reports. I'm sure I need some kind of multivitamin supplementation, probably on regular basis. Please let me know what kind, what dosage and which and what kind of multivitamins can I take and how is it beneficial and if there are any other effects

Vitamin d deficiency
I have severe vitamin d deficiency of 4.2ng/ml would like to understand what are the cofactors to take with vitamin d3 supplements. I understand that magnesium is required along with vitamin K2 please suggest! Are they really needed? I feel really weak after taking vitamin d3 60k iu dosage.

Obesity - Sinking In!
Hello Doctors,
I am 27 yrs old female. Having a sedentary lifestyle of Working from home - 9 hours a day
My weight has been increasing over the years. I don't have sugar , bp , any heart problem.
BUT yes i am on anti depressants since last one year due to anxiety. Please help suggest what to do! Itna wazan badh gaya hai ab ki ghar pe ek jhaadoo uthaneka bhi mann nahi karta. Self confidence zero ho chuka h. Main wapas pehle jaisi hona chahti hoon. Main chal sakti hoon bhaag sakti hoon BUT when it comes to dieting , i give up. Please please help me. I am just 27 yrs. No one will marry me of i continue to be like this.

Underweight due to physical and mental
I am ~6'1 and ~62kgs
I have a very hard time putting on weight due to low appetite and hormonal imbalance like dopamine serotonin etc
I think(not sure) i have low testosterone and high cortisol(low energy throughout the day irrespective of how much i eat).
I put on lean muscle mass when I am regular in the gym and try my level best with maintaining a diet.
I can't seem to maintain a surplus in calories because of the appetite.
My digestion is also very ordinary.
I am looking for consultation based on what my body needs. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A SIMPLE DIET CHART(most dietitians).
I'm ready to get the necessary tests done.
Where should I go for the same ?
