Soyabeans contain phytoestrogens, which are mistaken as estrogens, but they are not the same. Therefore, soy products are much safer proteins as compared to animal proteins.

Greetings!
Soy products can be taken in moderate amounts regularly. Other protein foods also can be taken. Soy products can be taken weekly once or twice. If you are a non vegetarian, eggs, chicken, fish, mutton can be consumed for protein.
Taken in moderation is fine. Including variety in your daily routine is suggested instead of focusing on one ingredient. Other good source of protein are milk and milk products, chicken, fish and eggs which can also be considered.
