Weight loss regarding
I m 28 years housewife and patient of thyroid on medication 75 mcg, mother of a 2 year old baby girl whom i gve birth by Ceaserean...from last 6 months i m gaining weight which has increased from 65 to 70 kgs...plz suggest me diet plan...how to lose 5 kgs in 1 months...plz help...in m having issues by weight gain...I don't eat fast food nothing normally eat roti and sbzi and rice then also my weight is increasing.

For reducing weight with thyroid follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . Gud evening,loosing weight with thyroid issues can be only possible by having healthy foods on proper time along with focus on making changes in lifestyle routine.lack of sleep,no exercise,less water intake n stress are the reasons behind weight gain.

This might happen due to many reasons one of which may include hypothyroidism. Please make sure that even if you are taking medicines your TSH , T3 T4 are at  normal range as this might lead to slowing down your Metabolism which may lead to weight gain. Also at times it happens that when you shift from exclusive breastfeeding of baby to occasional breastfeed, it might lead to hormonal changes and fluctuations thereby leading to weight gain. Hence make sure to have maximum protein intake in your daily diet. Min 30min physical workout which may include walking jogging, squats etc. 3-4L of daily water intake cut down your carbs especially extra sugar in chai or coffee. You will be fine.. wish you a healthy life

Meanwhile few things to follow- 1)Physical activity of atleast 30-45 min 2)Water intake should be atleast 2-3 liters/day 3)Include atleast 400 grams of fresh vegetables and green leafy vegetables 4)Include atleast 100-150 grams of fresh sesonal fruits 5)Switch to complex carbohydrates instead of white rice,white pasta, white sugar, maida switch to whole grains,whole pulses,millets, brown rice. 6)Avoid packaged and processed foods.
