Please explain what all food ,vegetables ,fruits , etc she can consume with high uric acid.
Wht she should avoid.

She is taking med. Of high uric acid.
She consumed arbi 2, 3 days she is having swelling in foot upper part. Please what she can do to reduce swelling.

Sometimes High uric acid levels are due to obesity. And your BMI is very high. U need to reduce Wt. Reaction after Arbi intake may be due to food intolerance so avoid having that.
Avoid cauliflower, peas, cabbage, refined flour, sugary Juices cold drinks.
Eat right
High fiber food
Green leafy veggies, tomatoes, ginger, Bell peppers, lemon, cucumber, broccoli, carrot, whole grains, cherries, strawberry.
Lots of fluid intake... 7 to 8 glasses of water/day
Black coffee and green tea
Low fat dairy.

Gud evening pls share in detail her dietary pattern as of now,is she vegetarian or non vegetarian,does she having any other health issues like diabetes,high cholesterol issues etc if yes pls share.age,height n body weight of present.high uric acid issue can be reversed by not only having a healthy food plate but also through a healthy lifestyle routine.Try to use organic spirulina pwd to control high uric acid once a day at first on an empty stomach after brushing teeth with luke warm water adding 1tsp of spirulina pwd.
