I follow an Indian version of ketogenic diet with leafy vegetables, green vegetables, paneer egg chicken and fish in it. Regular spices, onion tomato are also added.
I workout at least 3-4 times a week and i usually consume lemon with warm water after waking up in the morning and then have some dry fruits and protien shake after workout and then have black coffee. I have a meal at 11 and then I have my dinner by 6-7 pm.
Is it safe to consume shilajit resin mixed with warm water in this schedule.
If yes what is the correct time. Can I take it after consuming black coffee in the morning or before it?
Or after my meal at 11?
