Gud evening pls don't choose ketogenic diet to get instant result it has lots of adverse effects on health if not followed properly, try to always take up expert suggestion before following such type of fancy diets. According to my opinion try to have a healthy balanced diet with focussing on lifestyle modification to get best result.

No, you can't use curd in a ketogenic diet. Carb content in a ketogenic diet should be not more than 5% of total energy. In the form of leaves or fiber, mainly from vegetables we can add another 5% carb. Any fruits or milk or its products are strictly contraindicated on a keto diet... Starting a keto diet just after surfing the internet or from advice of any gym trainer or any family relatives or friends is not a good idea. A lot of mistakes may happen and your efforts will not give you good results even, some serious side effects may occur. Choose your "HEALTH GURU" first then do experiments... Lets connect to discuss in detail... (Your diet your doctor)
