Keto diet is high fat low carbs diet.it is basically a 4 week plan and one can be on keto diet for maximum 3 months not more than that continuously. Keto diet has some side effects also like vomiting, nausea and headache but rarely .non vegetarian gets better results in keto diet instead of vegetarians.Please ask me directly for personalized keto diet plan for you ..

KETO diets are designed for epilepsy people and not for weight loss. following any such crash diets will not really help in future. so try for natural healthy and balanced diet with more fruits and veggies, and limited carbs and high fibre.

Hi Thank you for your query, we will be happy to help you. Wouldn't recommend going for keto. Instead, try natural ways. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Avoid outside food, processed food and refined sugar as much as you can. Drink plenty of water everyday. Have fibre rich foods. Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time. Make a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30 % exercise help you in reducing weight . Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300)ml daily Use curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also Use olive oil,rice bran, mustard, saffola, sunflower oil in cooking Use 5 soaked almonds ,2 walnuts daily Drink 8-10glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, sweet potato, arbhi, zimikand etc. Avoid fried, processed, packaged, canned,tinned food products Avoid pickles and papad Avoid sour products like tamarind , amla ,vinegar etc.
