For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.

A diet plan can be suggested after taking all health parameters and a complete interview to understand the current health status. There is no common diet that fits all.
Next Steps
Book appointment through Practo.
Health Tips
For now avoid regular intake of raw cabbage/cauliflower/broccoli, mushrooms, soy and soy products. Start with minimum 20-25 mins of physical activity/exercise routine.
