Wanna knw proper Diet
I wrk in the night shft frm 6pmto 3am since 3 years and I don't get time to have my brkfst and lunch.. I directly take brunch at 4pm aftr sleep. And threftr i take snacks or Tea at 8pm and Dinner at 10.30. Hence, most of them say that I am not maintaining a proper diet. Therefore pls advise me with a proper diet.
