Earlier I was doing gym so had the muscular physique but now I have not been doing since 3 months and it seems all the muscles have turned into fat. l do running 5 day a week for 4 kms each. Please suggest how to get ripped physique with diet and running only.
I don't want to take any protein shakes and all further and I am a non vegetarian.

Hi. Even when I have small quantity of food for breakfast or dinner I feel heavy. If i have further more meals, extremely difficult ans it leads to vomitting.
