Is this diet fine to take
I want to consume required Nutrients, so:
I drink Sattu in the morning and afternoon. I drink Coconut water in evening. I also have lemon water once a day, mostly after 1.5 hours of lunch. I'm thinking to replace afternoon Sattu by Bael juice. Is it fine or something wrong with it?
I take all this apart from Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. I do so to avoid having junk food between meals.

Calcium deficiency
My mother is having calcium deficiency. Her left toe bone has increased in size coz of which it pains when she walk. We consulted orthopaedic so he's saying it's coz of calcium deficiency. Being a vegetarian, wanted to consult which all fruits n Vegetables would be beneficial for her in terms of calcium intake n fiber..?? She also has sodium deficiency.

Weight stopped reducing
So i am around 72.5kgs right now. I have been going to gym since last 5months and I have lost 7-8kgs in this duration. But after i reached 72kgs my body weight is not reducing anymore. What should i do?
