Are fruits enough ?

Hi i play football from 930 to 1100 in the night, so what i do is i take early dinner at around 730 and then i come back from football and have 1 apple, carrot and orange. So is it enough? I do not prefer eating anything else like proper meal because then I'll be sleeping in sometime. Can you suggest me something good?

Hi All I'm 31 years old 5'-9" & weigh currently around 96 Kgs..Last year i have started gymming & lose around 8-10 kgs last year.From past 5-6 months my weight is stable.
