Hello, small meals are refer to eating in define quantity. You should eat 3 basic meals like breakfast lunch and dinner. And small snack like a fruit, a juice, a small bowl sprouts, etc. Your breakfast should contain one serving of any home made low fat snack. Where as lunch and dinner can be with Roti, dal, vegetables and salads.
