Irregular meal time
Dr. I am losing wait since I am not regular with my meal time. Some time I skip my lunch as well. But I also want to gain wait. Suggest me a meal that is less timw consuming and handy too.

It is very unlikely that one would suddenly start reducing weight if you skip your meals sometimes.  I would rather suggest you to look into the details and get yourself tested. Along with that make sure that you consume good amount of food during your breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Next Steps
Plan your day well in advance so as to avoid any last moment preparations for your meals. keep healthy snacks handy to avoid long gaps between the meals

Greetings for the day!!    Starting your day with milk and nuts within 15 mins of wake up time is ideal. Try to maintain 2-3hrs gap between meals and go for nutrient dense foods. For detailed menu plan contact directly for a consultation
