Hello..... Take a egg daily ... Egg contains all essential amino acids ...you can have chicken once a week.. Fish occasionally... If you get time do gymnasium... Milk chapatis in morning, have fruits and vegetables... Eat food item's curried in refined oil... You can increase muscle mass by exercising.
