I am suffering from uric Acid problem.my doctor told me to lose weight.I want diet chart for me.my doctor has told me to desist. For example:- 1. Avoid protein rich diet like egg,mutton, fish etc. 2. Avoid all pulses ,all green vegetables, mushroom, Rajma.etc 3. Diary product like milk, butter ,paneeretc. I am pure vegetarian my weight is 86 specially my body fat part is neck,face and head so I want diet chart for me and give some exercise for my Face and head. PCOD- breast pain

I have PCOD from the last 3 years .i have tried a lot of medicines(homeopathic) But i dont get periods on time sometimes i have missed 2-3 months of periods.sometimes i have spottjng. Evening snack

I have been going to dietician for weight loss and she has given me a regimen to follow. I follow the entire plan very well but the in the evenings I get very hungry after coming home from college and end up hogging a lot because the dietician has given only buttermilk for the evening and it is not filling at all. I am 5'2 and weigh 62kgs. My diet mostly consist of vegetables. I rarely consume dal and chicken. I consume red meat once in 2-3 months may be. I feel weak, nausea at times. I have motion sickness. I have leg pains almost every night. I am finding it difficult to remember things too. I find myself mostly in a frustrated and dejected mood. Please help.
