I am 20 year old and i am too thin
I am 20 year old nd i am very thick according to my age what should i have to do to gain my weight. i eat proper food according to my hungr i also eat fastfood like chips nd all but i don't under stand why my weight is not gaining

Hi. we understand your concern for weight gain basically for this most importantly u have look out your lifestyle pattern & focus on Healthy meal pattern, please try to avoid junk food like chips,cola etc... this will not help you.
Next Steps
Try to take combination diet like carbohydrates & proteins together in every meal and take frequent meals , Do not eliminate any major food group.

I understand your concern. But you did not mention your weight and height. Let me know if you have any digestive disorders. So, that can guide you precisely. Till then have milk and it's products, custard milk shakes etc. Banana, nuts. Do physical activity 4days a week. You can consult a dietician for detailed personalized diet plan.
