I m 24 year old and i m very thin
My weight is 52 kg and i m unable to get weight gain. I tried protein x supplement but there is no effect of that on my body. So can u suggest to wht i do for weight gain, so i cn get fat

Hello, Any medical condition for not gaining weight? If no then try this simple tips. 1.Don't drink water before meals.This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get enough calories. 2.Eat often 3.Drink milk (whole fat) -can add mix dryfruits powder,You can even take mix fruits with added dryfruits smoothie or milkshakes. 4.Use bigger plates. 5.Add cream to your coffee or in your vegetables. 6.Keep snacks with you.Nuts and seeds, frenchfries,onion rings,bread pakda,cheesy omellete,cheese butter sandwich,frankiee,roll etc. 7.Don't stuff junk food Eat a high card food.Can opt for multigrain rotis or aloo paratha or sago wada or khichdi,mix veg fried ricem 8.Eat every 3 hours.Eat calorie dense foods.Track progress. 9.Use full fat dairy products. 10.Focus on protein,fats and carbohydrates.
